I am surprised and satisfied because it is a very good product.
Perfect! Exactly as described and they though of everything. Anything that required specialty tools were pre-assembled. Brake lines were cut perfectly to length. Fork post was cut precisely, so there was no chimney stack to work with. Basic tools needed for assembly were included. Came with a pump, valve adapter, bike lock, foot straps etc.
Arrived in great condition as it packed safely (took me longer to unbox it and remove safety wrapping than it did to assemble it)
Great quality frame and I was surprised by how well made the hardware is.
Vendor was very easy to work with, and accommodated my special requests.
